Procedures for completing online application PDF Print E-mail

All prospective candidates for admissions into Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma for the 2006/2007 academic session are to be guided by the following procedures for completing the on-line Application Table:

(A) 1. Go to www.myaau.com

2. Click on admissions.

3. Click on on-line Application.

  1. Click on New Application.

  2. Fill in Surname, First name, other names, and a valid e-mail address.

  3. Select programme type e.g. Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, Foundations under choice.

  4. Select Academic session.

(B) 1. Scratch N250 Admission checking card.

2. Type the 14 digits numbers.

3. Click on payment.

4. Copy Application number and keep safely (very important).

(C) Ensure all information are properly filled before clicking on the submit button e.g. upload of passport, filling of the JAMB registration number/examination number; selection of the correct exam requirement (NECO, SSCE, GCE, etc.), current Phone number, valid home address, etc.


D. ENSURE YOU PRINT A COPY OF THE COMPLETED FORM


E. ERRORS IN APPLICATION:


Where a candidate makes mistakes when completing the on-line Application, the following are the STEPS to correct such mistakes:



  1. Log on to www.myaau.com

  2. Click on Admission.

  3. Click on continue saved Application

  4. Type the application number you copied during the process of filling the on-line Application.

  5. Type the 14 digit PIN number on N250 Admission checking card.


NOTE 1: The N250 Admission checking card must be the same with the initial admission checking card you used to complete the on-line Application.


(G) After completing the STEPS 4 and 5, click on log-in, then identify the errors or mistakes and correct them.

 

(H) Go over the Application Form to ensure all information are correct and intact.

(I) Click on the submit button.

(J) Printout a copy of the submitted Form.

NOTE 2: All corrections must be effected before the clearance officer starts the clearance process i.e. all corrections are to be effected within 24 hours of filling the on-line Application.


NOTE 3: ADMISSION CHECKING SCRATCH CARDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THE FOLLOWING BANKS.


(1) Zenith Bank

(2) Bank PHB

(3) Union Bank

(4) UDA Community Bank

(5) UBA

(6) First Inland Bank.


NOTE 4: All prospective candidates are to note that they have up to Thursday, 30th November, 2006 for clearance. Thereafter all admissions not cleared will be deemed to have lapsed.


NOTE 5: All Direct Entry candidates are to present themselves with their credentials for screening from Monday, 20th November, 2006 to Thursday, 30th November, 2006 to the Deputy Registrar, Admissions, Admissions Office.
