The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. D.O. Aigbomian, KSM on Monday, 22^nd January, 2007 took delivery of 8 brand new cars. The cars were purchased on a leasehold arrangement with Bank PHB, Plc, Ekpoma.

The Manager of Bank PHB, Plc., Ekpoma who delivered the cars to the Vice-Chancellor said that the delivery of the cars was in fulfillment of an earlier arrangement to this effect between the Bank and the University as well as the Bank willingness to partner with the University for the mutual benefit of both institutions. He hoped that the transaction would further strengthen the relationship between the Bank and the University.

The Vice-Chancellor thanked the Manager of Bank PHB, Plc, Ekpoma for keeping to his promise and assured him that the vehicles would be used for the purpose they were meant. He further prayed for God’s divine protection for the would be beneficiaries of the vehicles. The keys were handed over to the Vice-Chancellor by the Manager, Bank PHB.

Present at the brief but colourful ceremony were the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. D.O. Aigbomian, KSM, other Principal Officers and the Deputy Registrar, Information/Public Relations Officer of the University as well as the Manager and some officials of Bank PHB, Ekpoma.
