NYSC 2008 Batch ‘B’ Mobilization Exercise |

You would recall that in our memo Ref: AAU/SSD/80/NYSC/VOL.XI/476, dated 13th March, 2008, on the above subject-matter, we stated that the NYSC Management has introduced three-tiers of Service (i.e. Batch ‘A’ , ‘B’ and ‘C’) with effect from 2008. We also stated that the Batch ‘B’ of the 2008 will commence in July while Batch ‘C’ will be in September, 2008.
I wish to inform you that the NYSC Management has now cancelled the 2008 Batch ‘C’ which was scheduled for September, 2008 and merged it with Batch ‘B’ which will now commence in September, instead of July, 2008.
In view of this merger, the NYSC Management has directed all corps producing Institutions to forward additional list for the 2008 Batch ‘B’ to its National Headquarters, Abuja for processing.
In the light of the above, we wish to kindly request all Head of Departments to forward additional list of their students for the September 2008 Mobilization exercise. All submissions of documents which must conform with the guidelines in our memo Ref: AAUSSD/80/NYSC/VOL.XI/476 of 13th March, 2008, should reach the Student Affairs Division on or before Friday, 13th June, 2008.
Please, treat as decidedly urgent.
