Bishop of the Gospel Outreach Ministries, Ekpoma, in company of his wife and other members of the Church were in the University to make a donation of some Medical items to the University on Monday, 24th September, 2007.

The Bishop, Rt. Rev. Dr. Mon Igbinosa said that it has always been the desire of his Ministry to boost the health care of staff and students of the University, and hence, the donation of the 5 Automatic Blood Pressure Machines to the University.  He gave assurance that he would continue to identify with the good things happening in the University occasioned by the leadership quality of the vice-Chancellor.  He noted, that the donation, was part of the contribution of his Church to complement the efforts of the Vice-Chancellor in charting an enviable course for the University during his tenure.

Receiving the items, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. D.O. Aigbomian, KSM, JP, thanked, Bishop Igbinosa for his kind gesture and his concern for the University through the donations and prayers of members of his church for the University.  He described the donation as timely and prayed for the growth of his Ministry.  He assured him that the items donated would be put to good use and promised that the University would not disappoint him.

Present at the ceremony were the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. D.O. Aigbomian, KSM, JP and some other Principal Officers of the University; the Bishop Rt. Rev. Dr. Mon Igbinosa, his wife, and some other members of his Church.
