The University Community in particular and the general public are hereby informed that the University Senate has adjusted the Academic Calendar for the Diploma and Part-time degree programme for the 2006/2007 session as follows:

Thursday, 5th July, 2007  - Resumption of all students
Monday, 9th July, 2007  - Commencement of lectures for all students  - Clearance/Registration for all students
Friday, 20th July, 2007  -  End of Registration for all students
Tuesday, 24th July, 2007  -  Orientation for new students
Wednesday, 25th July, 2007 -  Matriculation for new students
Friday, 17th August, 2007  -  End of First Semester Lectures
Thursday, 23rd August, 2007  -  First Semester Examinations begin
Saturday, 8th September, 2007  -  End of First Semester Examinations
Monday, 17th September, 2007  -  Resumption of Second Semester lectures
Saturday, 24th November, 2007  -  End of Second Semester lectures
Monday, 3rd December, 2007  -  Second Semester Examinations begin
Saturday, 22nd December, 2007  -  End of Second Semester Examinations
