| Ambrose Alii University, Ekpoma is both a teaching and examining body charged with the responsibilities of providing high education and advancing knowledge through teaching, learning and research. It is also to provide course of instructions in various branches of learning, make provision for research and for the preservation, advancement and dissemination of knowledge in such manner as the University may determine. It is also to grant degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions and honours to deserving persons.
