Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma has added another feather to its already adorned cap as she graduated the second set of its Medical Doctors on Thursday, 24th January, 2008. The ceremony which was attended by many dignitaries from within and outside Edo State including parents and well wishers of the graduands was very colourful.
Following the indefinite postponement of the resumption date for the 2007/2008 academic session announced by the University Management on Friday, 11th January, 2008, all students of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma are to resume for the 2007/2008 academic session with immediate effect.
The recently released result of the May/June 2007 WASCE shows that the AAU Secondary School performed excellently. According to the Principal of the School, Mr. S.A. Imonitie, an analysis of the result shows that of the 93 candidates enrolled, all but one had Credit passes to meet matriculation requirements in Nigerian Universities.
Members of the National Council of Nutrition Society of Nigeria were in Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma on Thursday, 22nd November, 2007 for their National Conference. On arrival, they paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. D.O. Aigbomian, KSM, JP.
